The clothing is made for dependable use in the field, with construction and materials chosen for that work. The warranty is there for the original buyer when a qualifying problem comes from a defect in manufacturing or materials during normal, intended use.

Cover lasts through the expected usable life of the product. That life is the reasonable period in which the piece should stay functional for its purpose when it is used, maintained, and stored as it should be. It is not open-ended protection for an indefinite number of years.

The warranty is about production and workmanship. It addresses problems that come from materials, construction, or the way the piece was made. Ordinary change from regular use, including general wear, aging, fading, small cosmetic change, or performance that drops because the piece has been used a long time, is not a manufacturing defect and is not covered.

Damage outside normal intended use is also outside the warranty. That includes accidents, rough handling, misuse, neglect, the wrong cleaning method, poor storage, an alteration the shop did not authorize, or use in conditions the product was not designed for. Follow the care notes and use the piece for the job it was made to do.

Only the original purchaser is covered, and the cover cannot be passed to another person or business. To open a review, send proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or a receipt showing the product was bought through an approved channel. Keep that record.

If the piece has a qualifying defect in manufacturing or materials, the available fixes are considered. Repair comes first when the item can be put back into working condition and further use is practical.

If repair is not a sensible path, a replacement of similar function, quality, and value may be offered, depending on what is in stock. The replacement can differ because inventory and the line itself change. If no suitable replacement is available, a refund of the original purchase price may be considered where that applies.

The outcome is limited to the remedy chosen after the claim is reviewed. Approving one request does not create a right to unlimited later repairs, replacements, or extra benefits on the same purchase. Each case is looked at on its own, using the condition of the product, the problem reported, the purchase record, and these requirements.

Before you send a product in, clean it so it can be inspected safely. It should not arrive with heavy dirt, debris, stains, residue, or anything else that stops the team from examining it. A clean piece makes the reported fault easier to see. Clean it without causing new damage. If it arrives unfit to inspect, the review may wait until it meets that standard.

Some damage that the warranty does not cover may still be repairable as a separate service. That depends on the damage, whether a repair is practical, and what the workshop can do. Write to support before you post a damaged product, so you can be told which options exist.

Sending a request does not mean it will be approved. Every claim is reviewed. Questions can go to kuius@gmail.com, by phone at +1 486 236 9867, or by mail to 6295 SAGE AVE FIRESTONE, CO 80504.
